David Grigorian
Dr. David Grigorian is representing Policy Forum Armenia, an independent professional non-profit association. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland (USA). His areas of expertise are macro and financial economics. Dr. Grigorian also works as an Economist in the Department of Middle East and Central Asia, at IMF. Prior to that he worked at the World Bank.
Lara Tcholakian
Lara Tcholakian holds a Master of Arts degree in Socio-Economic Development from Université de Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne in France. She also earned a combined Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from McMaster University in Canada. Ms. Tcholakian has served as a Program Director at CRRC from 2004-2006, prior to which she managed research grants for the Knowledge Development Center, a program of the Canadian Center for Philanthropy. From 2000-2003, as Senior Program Officer, she managed Canadian development projects in Peru and in Sri Lanka with the World University Service of Canada, and; from 1998-2000 she was the Program Officer for Cultural Affairs at the Canadian Embassy in France, and a Research Analyst at UNESCO.
Lucig Danielian
Dr. Lucig Danielian is the Provost and Vice President at the American University of Armenia. She earned her Doctoral Degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989. Dr. Danielian was Assistant Professor of Political Communication at the University at Albany, State University of New York, from 1988-1994, where she received a University Faculty Fellowship for research conducted on mass communication and democratic movements in Armenia, USSR. She has been the recipient of the Harvard University Goldsmith Research Award, a Fulbright Fellowship, an IREX Advanced Research Fellowship, and a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship from the Social Science Research Council and the American Council of Learned Societies Joint Committee on Soviet Studies.
Vache Gabrielyan
Vache Gabrielyan holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Rutgers University-Newark. Currently Dr. Gabrielyan is a Board Member of Central Bank of Armenia. He is a Visiting Lecturer at Yerevan State University, Department of Economics and Department of Political Science. Dr. Gabrielyan worked as an Associate Director of the National Center for Public Productivity at the Rutgers University.
Gegham Gevorgyan
Gegham Gevorgyan is a correspondent member of Armenian Academy of Science. He has earned a Doctor of Mathematical Sciences from the Steklov Mathematical Institute in Moscow, Russia in 1992. Currently Dr. Gevorgyan holds the position of Vice Rector of Yerevan State University (Scientific Policy and International Cooperation). From 1997 he was acting as the Head of Department of Mathematical Analysis, Yerevan State University. Dr. Gevorgyan has an extensive teaching experience in Numerical Calculus, Mathematical Analysis, Optimal Control Theory and several other subjects. He has authored more than 50 scientific publications.

Armineh Arakelian
Arakelian is an international expert on development; human rights and governance. She has two "Maitrises" in International Law and Political Sciences/International Relations from Sorbonne-Pantheon-Paris I University, and a "D.E.S.S." (Diplome d'Etudes Superieures Specialisees) in International Development Law from Rene Descartes Paris V University in France. She is a French-Iranian citizen. She is the Representative and Head of Program of Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (IDEA) - intergovernmental organization - in the South Caucasus, as well as the Founder and President of the Institute for Democracy and Human Rights NGO. Ara Avetisyan
Ara Avetisyan is a Doctor of Physics/Mathematics and has served as Local Advisory Committee member during July 2003-April 2005. Dr. Avetisyan occupied the position of the Vice Rector in Yerevan State University and currently is a member of the US Research and Education Programs Alumni Armenian Association (USREPAAA), and the president of the Armenian National Educational Society NGO.
Jacek Cukrowsky
Dr. Jacek Cukrowsky has a Ph.D. from Charles University-Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and was a member of Local Advisor Committee during July 2003-June 2005. Currently, he is the Regional Advisor to the Millennium Development Goal (MDG) program with the UNDP Bureau for Europe and CIS. Prior to this Dr. Cukrowsky was as a Professor of Economics at the Bialystok University of Finance and Management, as well as a Research Associate and Project Director of the Center for Social and Economic Research (CASE-Poland). He worked as a Senior Consultant at the EuroPraxis Group (Global Praxis Group) in Barcelona, and as a Senior Researcher at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
