Dr. Suren Poghosyan is a budget reforms advisor at DFID funded " Support to the Roll-out of Programme Budgeting in Armenia ” project. He completed his PhD at Armenian State Engineering University in 2004. Mr. Poghosyan specializes in Fiscal Affairs and International Economic Relations. He has a number of publications in the areas of regional and development economics, as well as budget reforms.
