{"id":2667,"date":"2019-03-31T16:19:55","date_gmt":"2019-03-31T12:19:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.crrc.am\/research\/cso-engagement-modality-in-the-implementation-of-sdgs-in-armenia\/"},"modified":"2022-06-25T13:40:49","modified_gmt":"2022-06-25T09:40:49","slug":"cso-engagement-modality-in-the-implementation-of-sdgs-in-armenia","status":"publish","type":"research","link":"https:\/\/www.crrc.am\/en\/research\/cso-engagement-modality-in-the-implementation-of-sdgs-in-armenia\/","title":{"rendered":"CSO Engagement Modality in the Implementation of SDGs in Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- VideographyWP Plugin Message: Automatic video embedding prevented by plugin options. --><\/p>\n<h3>Project Description<\/h3>\n<p>The general objective of the Project is to assess the level and effectiveness of the civil society organization (CSO) engagement in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda by the Government of Armenia, in particular toward the 2018 High Level Political Forum for which Armenia has volunteered for the assessment.<br \/>\nThe specific objective of the Project is to study the enabling environment of CSOs to engage in the process of identifying (what is an sdg) Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) targets and indicators in Armenia.<\/p>\n<h3>Research Design<\/h3>\n<p>The research consists of the following steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>desk study<\/strong> to explore the CSO engagement modality in the implementation of the SDGs (focus on 1 and 5) during the past 2 years;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>focus group discussions<\/strong> with the representatives of CSOs and public officials engaged in the Interagency Committee\u2019s work in 2 subgroups: social and democratic;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>in-depth interviews<\/strong> with key-informants \u2013 experts and civil society actors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Outputs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Questionnaires in English and Armenian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Survey datasets SPSS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Project Description The general objective of the Project is to assess the level and effectiveness of the civil society organization (CSO) engagement in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda by the Government of Armenia, in particular toward the 2018 High Level Political Forum for which Armenia has volunteered for the assessment.
