This project will support the MoA and adjacent agencies personnel to run more effective working practices that will result in successful implementation of Sustainable Agricultural Development Strategy.<\/p>\n<h3>Methodology<\/h3>\n<p>Assessment will include both quantitate and qualitative components. We will use online surveys and in-depth interviews to collect the necessary data. The online survey will be sent to all employees of the MoA and the subdivisions (more than 400 people). In-depth interviews also will cover all divisions and subdivisions of MoA.
