Marta Mamyan holds MA in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and BA in Sociology from Yerevan State University. Currently, she is an MBA student at American University of Armenia, concentrating in Business Analytics. Her previous work experience includes teaching assistantship of 6 courses at University of Nevada, Reno, research at Acopian Center for the Environment, an M&E internship at United Nations Children’s Fund, ACOYA analytical center, BREAVIS and IMR research centers. Marta has participated in a number of quantitative and qualitative research projects in the spheres of social entrepreneurship, natural resource use analysis, market research, crowdfunding, gender, non-profit organizations, education, collective memory and corruption. Her main field of expertise is quantitative analysis including statistical analysis and machine learning, using various software of statistical computing such as R, SPSS and Python.
