Arusyak has joined CRRC-Armenia in 2021 as a Research Associate, and since 2024 holds the position of Junior Qualitative Research Analyst. Before that she has been cooperating with the organization starting from 2018 in the frames of several projects as a moderator, analyst and fieldwork coordinator. Prior to joining CRRC she has worked at the Union of Informed Citizens NGO as a Coordinator for the media monitoring team. Arusyak is a graduate of the Yerevan State University’s Faculty of Sociology. She is specialized in media and civil society development research and conflict studies and has authored and coauthored several reports in the frames of these topics.
