Louis-Alassane Cassaignard-Viaud joined CRRC in October 2022 as a Senior Research Analyst in the quantitative team. Previously Louis-Alassane worked as a research assistant in two projects at the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies of Uppsala University (Sweden). Louis-Alassane holds a MsC in Peace and Conflict Studies from Uppsala University, and a B.A in European Studies from Maastricht University (Netherlands). His interests are largely centered around peace and conflict resolution but extend to sociology, political science, and psychology.
