Lilit Mkrtchyan joined the CRRC-Armenia Foundation’s team in February 2026, first as a volunteer with the Communications Department and later as a Communications Associate.

Lilit holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Yerevan State University and continued her studies at the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinema, where she trained at Sos Sargsyan’s acting studio.

As a journalist, actress, and scriptwriter, Lilit has developed diverse professional experience over the years. She has participated in field research and has been actively involved in volunteer initiatives aimed at promoting public well-being. For her, the field of research is a unique space where science and the arts can complement one another, making knowledge more accessible and impactful for the public.

At CRRC-Armenia, Lilit is responsible for strengthening the connection between the organization’s research and institutional activities and its external audiences, ensuring that research findings and organizational achievements are communicated effectively.

Lilit is fluent in Armenian and Russian and has a good command of English.
