Project Description
The purpose of this survey is to contribute to the current evaluation on the effectiveness of environmental measures that have been carried out within 2004-2017 under state subventions. The Khazer environmental and cultural NGO is conducting this evaluation in the settlements that have received subventions.
This assessment will support the Khazer NGO to have a comprehensive and targeted evaluation referring to the purposeful use of the expenditures that have been outsourced from the state budget; conformity of the implemented environmental programs with the needs and requirements of the local population, etc.
Research Design
The survey has the following main components: develop/test structured questionnaire; train Interviewers on questionnaire and field-work implementation; collect data from 600 respondents from the 30 target communities in six provinces of Armenia via face-to-face interviews, select respondents through random sampling; finalize the collected data.
