Promote CSO targeted participation and multi-stakeholder engagement in SDG Agenda 2030
Project Description:
The general objective of the project is to enhance the institutionalized engagement of Armenian CSOs in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda by the Government of Armenia in consistency with main international documents and approaches.
Within that frame, the project specific objective is to ensure multi-stakeholder dialogue between all stakeholders of the established Inter-Agency Committee and its four working subgroups for coordination and implementation of SDGs-related process, and forge Government-CSOs partnership to boost the enabling environment for CSOs in Armenia in their participation of the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
Research Design:
The project offers a scope of activities under three major components. The project has started with a gap analysis and based on the analysis results round table discussions have been organized on the major issues with regard to stakeholders’ cooperation in the SDG implementation process. The detailed framework of discussion has been elaborated / compiled in a guide. An analytical summary has been prepared and a policy brief developed based on the findings.
