Project Description

 

The goal of the study is to understand whether business regulations in Armenia encourage the emergence of new businesses and support entrepreneurship advancement.

The objective of the study is to identify the needs of self-employed, micro and small enterprises in Yerevan and Lori marz and assess their potential for sustainable development in the business environment in Armenia. This will be done by defining the current position of self-employed, micro and small enterprises in the market, by capturing their needs to raise capacities, as well as by understanding their plans for the future.

The survey will also address how to increase the engagement and the efficiency of abovementioned enterprises.

Methodology

  • Quantitative survey
  • A semi-structured questionnaire will be developed and employed for face-to-face interviews with 600 business units with the following distribution: 350 self-employed and 250 small enterprises

  • An analytical report
  • The database in SPSS
