Astghik Grigoryan joined the CRRC-Armenia team in August 2024 as a Research Programs Assistant and currently serves as the Foundations Research Programs Associate. Her current responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating fieldwork implementation, managing research data, preparing technical and analytical reports, and coordinating the work of interns and research assistants.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science from the American University of Armenia, which she completed in 2025. Astghik is involved in various research projects, supporting the organization and coordination of fieldwork, qualitative and quantitative data collection processes, as well as data processing and analysis.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Astghik was actively engaged in various volunteer initiatives aimed at community development. She is fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian.
