This report is the first comprehensive population-based survey on discrimination in Armenia and constitutes a significant contribution to the national evidence base. It offers valuable insights into how discrimination is understood, perceived and experienced across society, while also highlighting its limited visibility and lack of systematic research in this area.

The “Study of Perceptions, Attitudes and Experiences of Discrimination in Armenia” was conducted by the Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC)-Armenia Foundation. The study was commissioned by the Danish Institute for Human Rights (DIHR) in cooperation with the Human Rights Defender’s Office of the Republic of Armenia. The study was produced with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.
