Ashot joined CRRC-Armenia in August 2021 to help organize a public event on open data. After the event he stayed with the team as a Fellowship and Events Manager. Before joining CRRC-Armenia he has worked at the Office of the Prime Minister of Armenia, at SoftConstruct and at the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies. Ashot has studied political science at Russian-Armenian University and graduated as a PhD candidate. He is proficient in English, Russian, and Armenian. His areas of interest include non-violent protests, political ideologies and political economy.
